Thaminda Ramanayake is Vice President, Global Head of Business Development, Oncology at Sanofi, and responsible for global oncology strategy plus deal execution. Prior to Sanofi, he was at BioMarin, Amgen, Johnson & Johnson, in similar capacities. Thaminda brings 15+ years of BD/M&A, operations, deal execution and strategy experiences across, oncology, immunology and rare diseases business models. Thaminda earned a bachelor’s degree in molecular, cellular, and systems biology from Berea College, a Masters in Immunology and an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester.
