Stephanie Michelsen is the founder & CEO of Jellatech. Jellatech was founded in 2020 and is an early stage biotechnology company developing a sustainable, scalable and reliable platform to produce complex proteins. By using cellular agriculture, Jellatech is able to create bio-identical proteins to supply various industries such as food & bev, materials, biomedical, personal care and more, without relying on destructive animal agriculture. Stephanie holds a BSc. and a MSc. Eng. in Biotechnology from the University of Copenhagen and the Technical University of Denmark.
