Sara holds a PhD in food science and is convinced that science can solve pressing global problems, especially climate change. She also pursues this vision as co-founder and CTO of Planet A Foods, where she develops innovative ingredients that relieve the pressure on supply chains and reduce CO2 emissions during production. In this way, she contributes to sustainable and resource-conserving food production. She was previously employed as Head of Flavor Research at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
