Richard also leads Capgemini’s Engineering Biology business, which offers a comprehensive suite of bioengineering advisory, development and scale-up services. His work leverages the expertise across the company’s innovation brands including next-generation experiences at frog, deep-tech at Cambridge Consultants, physical AI at Synapse, and the wider group. Richard transitioned to Capgemini Invent from its subsidiary Cambridge Consultants, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer directing global growth, client strategy, brand and marketing. With a background in radio frequency electronics and communications, Richard has since expanded his expertise across sectors including consumer, industrial and healthcare.
