Michele Stansfield is the Co-founder and CEO of Cauldron, a global biomanufacturer unlocking the potential of precision fermentation. Michele was the driving force behind Cauldron’s management acquisition of Agritechnology, a bioscience company based in regional Australia that developed the proprietary hyper-fermentation technology at Cauldron’s core. Having served as Agritechnology’s General Manager for over a decade, using microbes to produce vaccines, food, feed and fuel, Michele has industry-leading expertise in the scale-up and commercialization of continuous fermentation bio-manufacturing. Michele holds a BSc (Honours) in Biomedical Science, Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Western Sydney.
