Co-Founder of the AfroRithm Futures Group and host of The Afrofuturist Podcast. Ahmedis an executive producer, actor, writer, director, producer, educator, and futurist. He’s aTelly, GLAAD, Stage Raw, Ovation and Annie award winner. Ahmed plays Jedi Master Kelleran Beq in The Mandalorian, the first CGI main character in movie history (Jar JarBinks) and starred in the Broadway musical Stomp. He’s a Senior Fellow at USC’s Annenberg School for Journalism and Communication, Professor at USC School of Dramatic Arts, and Visiting Professor at Stanford’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design.
