The Conference Pass ticket gives you access to everything SynBioBeta 2024 has to offer. We do offer special conference pricing for non-profit, military, government and/or academic institution employees, students, and members of the press.
Your registration and 3-day conference pass comes with a lunch ticket each day. Lunch will be served from 12:15 - 1:30PM if you choose to participate.
After you complete the conference registration, be sure to follow the web page link to the hotel’s online reservation system. You are responsible for your own travel and hotel expenses.

No - In an effort to be a more sustainable show, we will not lay aisle carpet. This saves on our overall carbon footprint for the show and cuts down our waste.
Yes - for safety reasons, we ask that all exhibitors carpet their booth either with the carpet provided or purchased/brought in by the exhibitor. The in-booth carpet covers up any electrical wires that may be exposed and prevents tripping hazards within your booth.
Yes, lunch and networking receptions are included for all registered exhibitors and sponsors during the conference.
Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Although there is no deadline, the exhibit hall does sell out.

To ensure that we have ample time to review speaker presentations and format them, we are very strict with our set deadlines. Extensions may be granted on a case by case basis.
Yes. All slides and videos will need to be uploaded to your Cvent speaker portal by noon on Friday April, 28, 2023. If you are unable to upload your presentation you will need to email it to production@synbiobeta.com, by the same date.

It is important to remember that all Speaker presentations will be compiled into a master folder for the event. Therefore, it is integral that you are happy with the formatting, the photo and word placement, and quality of your presentation based on the guidelines below: All video screens will be set to 16:9 ratio, unless otherwise notified. 1920 x 1080p for pictures Video should be at 1920 x1080p in .mp4 format. We will be making sure everyone keeps in their time frame, so you get your fully allotted time and ask that you also honor the time parameters of your presentation. Keep in mind that human attention spans continue to go down, so we encourage a “Less Is More” approach to slides and the real ROI of the live event is to use the stage to create follow up networking.
